Marvel White online store delivers by courier (in Moscow and Moscow Region) and by transportation companies in the territory of Russia.

The cost of delivery of an order by courier: 

● For orders costing less than 990 rubles - 300 rubles. 
Deliveries beyond the MKAD are calculated during the process of placing an order. 

● For orders of 990 rubles or more - the delivery is free. 

● The cost of orders in the territory of Russia is calculated during the order process
(starting from 150 rubles, depending on the region).

Delivery by courier in Moscow (within the MKAD). Next-day delivery.

 

To receive your order the next day, you need to place your oder before 16:00. All orders placed after 16:00 are delivered every other day. Orders placed on Friday after 16:00, Saturday and Sunday before 14:00 are  delivered on Monday. To receive the order you must be at the delivery address throughout the whole time interval. The courier always calls in advance before the delivery! You can check the package contents of the order at the courier. In case of discrepancies, a return to the courier is possible.

 

Delivery by courier outside the MKAD

Delivery time: 

Delivery is carried out according to the delivery schedule. The date and time of delivery will be agreed upon by the manager during the order confirmation process. 

● To receive the order, you must be at the delivery address during the entire time interval. The courier always calls in advance! You can check the package contents of the order at the courier. In case of discrepancies, a return to the courier is possible. 

Delivery by Russian Post:

Orders are delivered to Russia after payment by card on the website.

After we send the order, you will receive a message with a track number or other delivery information
 

Terms of payment

Cash payment to the courier 

● Cash rubles are accepted for payments

● The courier of the online store will accept your payment and will issue a sales receipt

● A link to the electronic check will be sent to you by e-mail, which you indicated when placing the order

 

Card payment to courier

● We accept credit cards. The courier of the online store will accept your payment and issue a sales receipt.

● A link to the electronic check will be sent to you by e-mail, which you specified when placing the order

● Each courier has a payment terminal for payments by credit card

 

Online payment by card 

● If you decide to make a purchase online, you should choose Card Payment while checking out

● After proceeding with Checkout button, you will be transferred to a subsequent gateway, where, having indicated the necessary details of your card , and by clicking the "Go to Payment" button, you'll be able to pay for your order

● Description of the data transfer process: For your payment (for entering the details of your card), you will be redirected to the payment gateway

● Connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the technology of secure online payments, a special password may also be required to make a payment

Return Policy

According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 of 19.01.1998, perfumes and cosmetics of good quality are NOT subject to exchange or return within 14 days.

 

Complaints about a product / order of inadequate quality

A product of inadequate quality means that a product is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities. The received product must comply with the description on the site.

 

The difference between the design or packaging elements of the product from those stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or non-functionality of the product. The appearance and completeness of the product, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient at the time of delivery of the goods.

 

When delivering the goods, you put your signature on the delivery receipt, in the column: “The order has been accepted, the package is complete, delivery services are provided, I have no complaints about the quantity and appearance of the goods. I’m familiarized with the terms of the return of goods. After receiving the order, claims to external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation are not accepted.

 

If the goods of inadequate quality were transferred to you, and they were not agreed upon in advance by the seller, you have the right to take advantage of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

 

Due to the peculiarities of the remote sale method, the replacement of goods can only be done by returning goods of inadequate quality and placing a new order for a similar product.

 

You have the right to refuse to fulfill the contract of sale, return the goods of inadequate quality and demand the return of the sum of money paid for the goods.

 

Any of these requirements must be submitted by you in writing by filling out an application, or by first submitting a complaint to the Customer Service. Claims for the return of the sum of money paid for the goods must be satisfied within 10 days from the date of the presentation of the corresponding demand.
